- Assessment Results: Results from any assessments, quizzes, or other tests you may complete as part of the application process.
- Interview Notes: Notes and observations made by interviewers during interviews.

Usage Data

- With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.
- With Hiring Companies: The companies you are applying to, for the purpose of evaluating your application.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: Companies that assist us in the recruitment process, such as background check services, assessment providers, or applicant tracking systems.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Disclosure of Third Parties at the Time of Collection
At the time of collection, We disclose the names or categories of third parties to whom Your Personal Data may be disclosed. These may include, but are not limited to:
- SP Data Digital: A third-party service provider supporting recruitment processes through a contractual relationship with Self Management Reources Corp (TalentNest). TalentNest provides software and hosts your personal information when you apply for a position through SP Data Digital. While the TalentNest Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your information within their platform, SP Data Digital remains ultimately responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal information.
- SenseLoaf: A third-party provider for analytics and applicant scoring.

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data and Candidate Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
- Retention of Candidate Data: We will retain your Candidate Data only for as long as necessary for the recruitment process or for potential future opportunities unless you request its deletion. We may retain certain information for longer periods if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data and Candidate Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. If you have an online account with us, logging into your account will serve to verify your identity and request, although we may request additional information if we believe your account has been compromised. If you do not have an account with us, or if we have reason to suspect that the security of your account is compromised, we will request additional information from you to match with our existing records to verify your identity, depending on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information sought.
Right to Information on Automated Decision Making
Addition to “Your Privacy Rights” section (or as a new subsection titled “Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making”): While the Company does not directly use artificial intelligence or automated tools to process Personal Data or make decisions, some of Our clients may choose to use third-party tools as part of their own decision-making processes.
